We headed deep again, however this time we were tuna-less. We went back out to the numbers where we had a great overnighter from the previous week. Very few tuna were caught in the area. We did have a huge blue marlin blow up our spread. Some how he picked a ballyhoo off a Joe Shute without coming tight.  Thankfully our day was saved by the abundance of mahi on the lobster pots. It's insane to watch them get all lit up and aggressive when you toss in live bait. As you can see from the first photo Sean was nothing but smiles as he was bailing mahi after mahi.

Along with Sean, his father Brian was on the boat and his buddy John who is certainly welcomed back.
