Old Bay Steamed Crabs
Ingredients:
water
vinegar
1/2 cup Old Bay Seasoning
1 dozen crabs
2 ears corn
shrimp (optional).
Directions:
In a pot with a raised rack that is at least 2 inches high, add equal parts of water and vinegar to just below the level of the rack. Layer crabs, corn, and shrimp, sprinkling each layer with Old Bay. Cover and steam until crabs turn red, approximately 30 minutes.
