For fish: Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Place eggs in a medium bowl; beat with a whisk. Working 1 piece at a time, dip fish in egg, then dregde in bread crumbs. Heat oil in saute pan. When oil is hot, cook fish a few minutes each side, or until it flakes easily. Move to plate lined with paper towels.
For cilantro aioli: Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until blended.
For tacos: Top warmed tortillas with cilantro aioli and fish. Add your favorite garnishes and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
