For fish: Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Place eggs in a medium bowl; beat with a whisk. Working 1 piece at a time, dip fish in egg, then dregde in bread crumbs. Heat oil in saute pan. When oil is hot, cook fish a few minutes each side, or until it flakes easily. Move to plate lined with paper towels.
For bruschetta: dice tomatoes, garlic, and basil and combine in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
For garlic bread: cut italian bread into sandwich size pieces and slice in half. Spread each side wiht buter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese. Toast in oven or toaster oven until butter and cheese melt and edges brown.
Place fish on one half of garlic bread. Top with bruschetta and other half of garlic bread.
