July 7, 2021 week in review

 

 

 

On Sunday we ran to the Hudson Canyon and we fished the 100sq. We covered 240nm and caught absolutely nothing! 

 

 

As for inshore.. the seabass fihsing remains great. Brain, Sean and I snuck out and had no problem catching our limit. XM staerlite weather helped us head for the barn before the T'storms rolled in. Worth every penny. 

 

As you can see from the screen shot the weakfish bite is still going strong. I'm very curious if a new body of "summer weaks" move in come late August.

I should be able to chase tuna next week a few times, so look for those reports.
