As you can see I'm still married. Gina has been busy studying for an exam(series 24) that she had to take at work, that is why she hasnt been seen. The Captain's house was a rough place to be over last 2 months with the both of us taking exams. With both tests successfully completed we can get back to enjoying the water again. I went right back to the area that I caught Weaks yesterday. After a couple of drifts we left fishless. On the way to the inlet we were greeted with a massive bluefish blitz. We bent the rods a few times, threw a few in the box for later shark trips and off we went. I made one more quick stop. It paid off.. My great weakfish season continues. Gina also picked up her biggest Weakfish. The bite only lasted 3 drifts then we headed out of the inlet looking for Fluke. All that we found were huge Black Seabass. Normally that would be great except the season dosen't open until July 15th. It hurts to throw back the best tasting(my opinion) fish in the ocean. We also ran into a pod of dolphins..Overall a good day on the water.
