Tough day! Weather forecast was way off. Headed out around 5am and were met with west winds blowing 15 knots. The bay was a mess. We had a bunch of bunker in the live well so off we went looking for bass. It wasn't meant to be. I ran all the way to the inlet stopping at various spots. After striking out with bass we decided to look for some weakfish. The good news is that we found them; the bad is we couldn't get one into the boat. We had several shots however, one never made it to the net. They are called weakfish because of their weak mouths. The fishfinder continues to amaze me. Everytime I told Rand we had fish under the boat we hooked up. The weather is terrible for tomorrow but hey, you never know.
