Brad and I pushed off at 5:30pm. We set out looking for bluefish and we found them. So awesome watching big blues in 3 feet of water explode on your top water plug. When it comes to bluefish I throw the same lure non-stop. I use a  Cotton Cordell pencil popper. I remove all treble hooks. I replace them with a single hook on the end of the lure. I also us 200lb leader. I actually crimp the leader to the lure. Make sure you have a dehooker on board. These fish will send you for a few stitches.
