Tuna Ceviche
Chop tuna into small pieces. Marinate chopped tuna in fresh lime juice for at least 6 hours in refrigerator.
Drain and rinse lightly.
Add more fresh lime juice, chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped red peppers, sliced olives, capers, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro or parsley. Refrigerate for another 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
